Certainly, there is no argument that being dirty is good, but excessive cleaning can rid the body of essential oils which are needed to keep the skin moist. There is no need to shower more than once a day, and when you do make sure that it is only for a short time, and that you use natural lotions. Try to pat the skin dry instead of rubbing.
